76 LSUS Student-Athletes Earn RRAC Scholar-Athlete Recognition

SHREVEPORT, La. – LSU Shreveport continues to exemplify excellence on and off the field with 76 student-athletes named 2024-25 Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Scholar-Athletes. This recognition highlights individuals who have achieved academic success while representing the university in NAIA competition.

The RRAC Scholar-Athlete distinction honors student-athletes who have maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA during the academic year. The award spans all conference sports and includes any NAIA-certified student-athletes who competed during the 2024-25 season.

Men's and women's soccer led the way for the Pilots, contributing a combined 38 honorees—showcasing the strong academic culture within both programs.

The RRAC also presents an annual GPA Award to the institution with the highest cumulative GPA across all eligible student-athletes. The Pilots' strong academic showing this year underscores the university's commitment to fostering achievement in both academics and athletics.
