Pilots Hold Steady at No. 15 in NAIA Coaches Poll

SHREVEPORT, La. – The LSU Shreveport men's basketball team maintained its position in the national rankings, remaining at No. 15 in the latest NAIA Men's Basketball Coaches Top 25 Poll during the 2025–26 season.

LSUS owns a 15-4 overall record and stands 12-1 in Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) play, continuing to establish itself among the top programs in the nation.

The Pilots are coming off their first conference setback of the season, falling 79-72 on the road to Jarvis Christian University. LSUS's success has been driven by a balanced attack and standout individual performances that rank among the NAIA and RRAC leaders.

Hayden Brittingham continues to be one of the premier frontcourt players in the NAIA, ranking No. 13 nationally in rebounds per game (9.9). He also sits No. 3 in the RRAC in scoring (18.8 ppg), rebounding (9.9 rpg), field goal percentage (58.9%), and blocks (34).

Emareyon McDonald ranks No. 4 in the RRAC in scoring (16.8 ppg) and No. 8 in the conference in three-point percentage (43.3%), providing consistent offensive production from the perimeter.

Khi Wallace remains a force on the glass and in the paint, ranking No. 5 in the RRAC in rebounds (8.6 rpg) and No. 2 in field goal percentage (59.4%).

Thaddeus Johnson has been one of the league's most efficient shooters, ranking No. 6 in the RRAC in three-point percentage (44.2%) and No. 5 in free throw percentage (84.4%).

The Pilots will be back in action on Thursday, Jan. 29, when they host Louisiana Christian University at The Dock. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m.
