SHREVEPORT, La. – LSU Shreveport men's basketball standouts Khi Wallace and Hayden Brittingham have been named to the inaugural National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics All-Region Team (South Region), recognizing the duo's dominant performances throughout the 2025–26 season.

Wallace and Brittingham were instrumental in leading the Pilots to a 28-6 overall record, highlighting one of the program's most successful campaigns in recent years. LSU Shreveport was a force on both ends of the floor, averaging 87.9 points per game while shooting 54.8 percent from the field as a team. Defensively, the Pilots held opponents to 76.3 points per game, showcasing a balanced and efficient style of play that powered their success throughout the season.

The Pilots' consistency was reflected on the national stage, as LSU Shreveport spent the majority of the season ranked inside the NAIA Men's Basketball Coaches Top 25 Poll, climbing as high as No. 13 during the year. LSUS remained a fixture in the national rankings throughout the season and carried that momentum into postseason play.

LSU Shreveport advanced to the Round of 16 in the NAIA Men's Basketball National Championship Tournament, further cementing its status as one of the premier programs in the country.

A sophomore forward, Wallace turned in one of the most efficient seasons in the nation. He appeared in 34 games with 30 starts, averaging 15.9 points and 8.7 rebounds per contest while shooting an impressive 65.2 percent from the field. Wallace also contributed 1.0 steals and 1.4 blocks per game, anchoring the Pilots on both ends of the floor.

He shot 56.4 percent from the field and averaged 30.6 minutes per game, while also contributing 2.9 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.5 blocks per contest. His all-around play and leadership were key factors in LSUS's success.

Together, Wallace and Brittingham formed one of the most dominant frontcourts in the NAIA, combining for consistent double-digit scoring and rebounding performances while leading the Pilots in critical moments throughout the season.

The NAIA All-Region Team is a new honor introduced this year to recognize the top performers across each region, further highlighting the national impact of student-athletes like Wallace and Brittingham.
