Men's Soccer Falls to Louisiana Christian in RRAC Championship

Texarkana, Texas—In a closely contested soccer match on Saturday afternoon, the LSU Shreveport Pilots faced a tough challenge against the Louisiana Christian Wildcats and ultimately fell 1-0. With the loss the pilots fall to an overall record of 15-5-1.

The Pilots and Wildcats engaged in a fierce battle for possession as they approached each other's nets. In the first half, the Pilots unleashed four shots, but it was the Wildcats who managed to find the back of the Pilots' net, securing a 1-0 lead as the teams headed into halftime. Despite their efforts, the Pilots found themselves trailing after the opening half.

The Pilots fought hard in the second half, aiming to level the score, but were unable to capitalize on any opportunities. Despite their determination and efforts, the score remained 1-0 in favor of the Louisiana Christian Wildcats, marking a challenging afternoon for the LSU Shreveport Pilots.

The Pilots will play in the NAIA National Tournament next. The selection show is Monday afternoon at 1:00pm.
