Women's Tennis Gets Bounce Back Win

Alexandria, La. - In dominating fashion the LSUS Women's Tennis team got a bounce back win in the LSUA Invitiational to beat Texas Wesleyan 6-1. After a tough day yesterday the Pilots returned to the courts today picking up the win and moving their overall record to 4-4. LSUS will return to Alexandria tomorrow for Day 3 of the invititional as they will face RRAC conference foe Our Lady of the Lake at 1pm. Here are the results from today's match:

Doubles:

Lesher/Sanchez won 6-3

Maldonado/Mandrot won 6-2

Singles:

Lescher won 7-5, 6-1

Maldonaldo lost 2-6, 3-6

Sanchez won 6-3, 6-0

Mandrot won 6-2, 6-1
